(More customer reviews)Have used the stands for about 6 months now, and they serve the purpose perfectly. At 36 inches, they aren't the most stable things in the world for the 15 lb. bookshelf speakers I have mounted to them, but they are working fine.
I accidentally threw away my wire covering panels for the back and contacted Sanus regarding buying replacement panels. They shipped them to me free of charge! I am very impressed and will definitely buy Sanus products in the future.
